MENAGGIO is a town and comune in the province of Como, Lombardy, Italy, located on the western shore of Lake Como at the mouth of the river Senagra. The “Pergole di Sonenga” lies at the foot of steep mountains, surrounded by coniferous woodland and fresh mountain streams. The village is aptly named after the traditional pergolas that grace the streets and alleyways and support the green wisteria foliage. All the units are sold completed with kitchen, fireplace, sanitary features, showers, bathtubs, etc. Also included in the price are all connections (water, gas, electricity) and the green complex.
