520 Park Avenue, NY
A triplex penthouse at Zeckendorf Development’s tower under construction on Manhattan’s Upper East Side will be offered for sale at US$130 million, making it New York’s most expensive apartment listing. The 12,394-square-foot property will span the top three floors at 520 Park Avenue, where sales will begin the first quarter of next year.
The 54-story tower is being designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and developed by Zeckendorf Development Co. Set on 60th Street two blocks east of Central Park, 520 Park Avenue is designed to rival another, wildly successful Zeckendorf project: 15 Central Park West, now a billionaire enclave and one of New York’s most prestigious addresses.
There will be a total of seven duplexes in 520 Park Avenue, with over 9,000 square feet each and starting at $67 million. Twenty-three single-floor units will make up the rest of the building's condos and will be priced at $16.2 million with 4,600 square feet. Full-floor residences are offering classic layouts in a modern setting, with distinctive entertaining spaces and formal living and dining rooms, all with soaring ceiling heights and appointed with the finest finishes available. The building itself will also have plenty of amenities, including a swimming pool, bi-level health and fitness center, sauna, children’s playroom, and screening room. Views of Central Park, the Upper East Side, the city skyline and beyond.
