The Bulgari Hotel & Residences in London

Christie’s International Real Estate has recently announced the debut of the Bulgari Residences in London's Knightsbridge, a world-class development designed by the famed Italian fashion house as part of its upcoming luxury hotel. Six residences will be available in a phased release including one penthouse. The London project will use architect Antonio Citterio, who also designed Bulgari's Bali and Milan hotels and be developed by Prime Development Ltd. The architecture adheres to strict environmental building aesthetics, without compromising luxury, and including a rooftop habitat which preserves London's treasured urban wildlife. The project is in the middle of the action being located close to London landmarks such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols, the Royal Albert Hall, the Natural History Museum as well as Hyde Park. Prices are expected to be in the tens of millions of dollars. Expected completion before The 2012 London Olympic Games.
