Eighty Seven Park in Miami Beach
Eighty Seven Park is more than a building, it’s a landmark in Miami Beach which the first residential building in the U.S. designed by Pritzker Prize-winning Italian architect Renzo Piano.
The oceanfront building located at 8701 Collins Avenue will feature 68 residences varying in size from 1,400 to 7,000 square feet and include a two-acre private park. The inside interior, outside building structure and landscaping is built together to form a unified space of beauty and comfort.
The land where it’s built on is the last piece of prestigious land north of North Shore Park close to Miami Beach city limits.
Available residences will have from one to five bedrooms and range in price between $3 million and $20 million. The 18-story glass tower will have fluid wraparound balconies with magnificent ocean views.
Terra, the development firm behind the project in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood, and its partners, real estate companies Bizzi & Partners and New Valley, announced they have closed on a $91 million construction loan that should enable them to break ground by the second quarter of 2016.
Residents at Eighty Seven Park will enjoy 24-hour concierge and butler service, an outdoor juice bar, wine bar a full-service salon and a full-time botanist to help them with their private balcony gardens.
Units will feature outdoor living spaces with summer kitchens. The exterior space will be equal approximately 70% of each residence’s interior space.
The lobby is designed to resemble an orangery with cacti, bonsai trees and orchids making a year-round floral display.
Two swimming pools with sundecks are located between the building and shoreline and the long walkway between the pools reaches the beach.
