"Glasshouse" Penthouse, Tampa Bay

Glasshouse is the top 3 floors of Downtown St. Pete’s Signature Place, the tallest residential building in the Tampa Bay area. When the home was purchased by Smith & Associates President/CEO Bob Glaser and Internationally known Interior Designer Rob Bowen, it was comprised of many small rooms and low ceilings. In order to make the 3-story penthouse their own, the job was a total gut renovation that would allow for a very open and simple atmosphere, perfect for entertaining. Rob Bowen Design Group’s state of the art renovations eventually led to the home being named a 2014 Grand Aurora Winner, an accolade highly sought after in the design world. As big and unusual as Glasshouse may be, it's not the most expensive condo currently for sale in the Tampa Bay area.
