Sans Souci Residences in Vienna by Yoo

The Sans Souci Group is renovating this historic building at the corner of Museumstrasse and Burggasse. The site will soon feature a deluxe boutique-hotel and hotel-serviced rooftop residences. Both the facade and the original wooden casement windows have been retained and carefully restored, preserving the historic flair of the building. Some 60 spacious hotel rooms and suites are located on the first three floors. The area from the fourth floor to the upper rooftop level is given over to hotel-serviced luxury residences. The owners of these exclusive penthouses will naturally have access to luxury personal service – the hotel concierge and butler, a children’s concierge, laundry service, valet parking, a children’s play area and a fully-equipped conference room. A number of the residences have private lift access, and almost all come with a balcony or terrace. Underground parking is available on the lower basement level. The Residences are accessible separately to the rest of the Hotel via a state-of-the-art security access system.  Renovation and remodelling work began in February 2011 and construction is scheduled to last 20 months.
