This includes a 40 meter clock, visible from 17 kilometers away, which will announce daily prayers to the Muslim world, while the Lunar Observation Center and Islamic Museum will serve to protect the heritage for future generations. They will also function as an operator of a rental program. Residential owners have the option to rent out their units when they are not being utilized by the owner.  If they do, they must rent exclusively through the Fairmont Rental Program.  

Summary of terms & conditions:

-25 years lease from the date of handover

-as long as the purchaser is Muslim one can purchase this property 

-Muslim ladies can purchase an apartment as per the usufruct rights of leasehold sale

-the property does not come with a visa, rules and regulations will be as per the Kingdom's laws

-the re-sale will have to be channeled through Emaar appointed representative

-after 25 years the property goes back to the government of Saudi Arabia
