This modern penthouse  sits proudly on 8,072 square feet area built primarily on steel and glass at the top of the two buildings located in Notting Hill, London W11. Completed four years ago, the elevated location of the building enables unrivaled views of Holland Park and West London. The modern architects of Studio Richard Hywel Evans were challenged to create an amazing living area which was to be connected by a glass footbridge. Having accomplished this, the next stage was to create a bright, airy and versatile living space on two levels suitable for a family with the most modern, high-tech and functional demands. The final challenge was to install a glass elevator to give direct access into the apartment on two levels. The architects in Studio RHE pulled off this specific design for the modern architecture by implementing good house floor plans that complement the primary design. This six bedroom, four bathroom penthouse has been listed at  £7,85 million.
